Chocolate Leche Flan
Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
5 tablespoons chocolate powder
7 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons water
Procedure:
1 . In the molder put the sugar and water, then mix well over medium heat to make a syrup, then set aside.
2 In a blender puree the condensed milk, chocolate, evaporated milk and eggs.
3 .Pour in the molder with the syrup and bake at 160 degrees celcius for 30 minutes or until cooked or you can stean for 45 minutes or until cooked..
4. Refrigerate for few hours before serving.
